Promotional and Advertising Opportunities

Plan today to take advantage of numerous proven and effective promotional and advertising opportunities at iCi 2011. Opportunities range in price and are available to all companies on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you give an unrestricted educational grant you can include the items below in it. Ask us for an offer!

All prices mentioned below are in EURO (€) and add. 19% VAT. Please read carefully the regulations below.


Breakfast, Lunch- & Evening Symposium:

€ 3.500,-

These symposia will be held in separate rooms. You can suggest topics, titles and potential speakers. Prof. Sievert will then take this information to the Co-Directors for their approval. The entrance for the participants has to be free of charge. All symposia will be without tape-recording. If you like to have a tape record please ask the congress organisation for a special offer. Rooms for Symposia are limited.

All symposia will include the following services:

  • Room rental and standard audio visual equipment.
  • Your symposium will be listed in the official program.
  • You will be named as a sponsor for your symposium with the following sentence "Supported by an unrestricted educational grant from XXX".


Please note that faculty expenses are not included in the costs above and have to be covered by the companies. It is not allowed to pay an honorarium for those speakers! Please see the costs for faculty below.

Booth Space:

€ 530,- per sqm

Booth location will be determined on the sponsoring level. Starting from the Gold Sponsor we guarantee a booth location at the main exhibition area.


Email Blast:

€ 2.500,-

We have a huge database of Adult and Paediatric Cardiologists Cardiac Surgeons, Neurologists etc. We would be delighted to send out an Email Blast to promote your symposium, company lounge or others. The Email Blast must allude to date, location and congress homepage.


Screen Advert:

€ 1.500,- per break

During the lunch break you have the possibility to either place your company logo or an advert on the screens in the exhibition area. The screen advert has to be send to the congress organisation four weeks prior to the congress. This service is available to all companies to a first-come, first-served basis.


Lunch Break:

€ 12.500,- per break

The food and beverage order will be done trough the congress organisation. The companies will be named on screens in the exhibition area. The company logo will be placed on the buffet and table. This service is available to all companies to a first-come, first-served basis.

Social Dinner:

€ 40.000,-

The social dinner will be held on Friday evening. The location will be chosen and booked by the congress organisation. The food and beverage order will be done trough the congress organisation. The company logo will be placed on the buffet and table napkins.


Advertisement in Abstract Book:

Use the opportunity to place your company advertisement in our Abstract Book.

Regular Page: € 2.500,-

Binder / back side: € 4.500,-

Please ask the congress organisation for the format of the abstract-book. The advert has to be send to the congress organisation 5 weeks prior to the congress preferable in JPEG format.


Congress Material:

For Free

We would be very delighted if you sent us your advertisement material for free. We always need pens and writing pads for our congress bags. Any other kind of give-a-way is welcomed. This is a great chance to promote your company to your target audience!

Insert in congress bags:

€ 3.000,-

A sample of the insert has to be send to the congress organisation six weeks prior to the congress. The course director has to accept the sample. The complete material for all bags has to arrive in the office of the congress organisation one week prior to the congress latest.


Display of promotion material:

€ 1.250,-

A sample of the promotion material has to be send to the congress organisation 6 weeks prior the congress. The course director has to accept the sample. The complete material has to arrive in the office of the congress organisation one week prior the congress latest.


DVD with live case / lectures:

During the workshop every lecture and live case will be taped. In case companies request to have a copy of their live case and/or lectures, they have to contact either the course director or the congress organisation.

Edited version: € 4.000,- (between 4-12 min)

Non edited version: € 1.500,- (show the complete case)

Sweets:

€ 2.500,-

Every day we distribute candy and cereal bars to the participants of CSI for free. If you like to support them we will position a sticker with your company logo on all bars at one day.

The expenses include air fare, hotel accommodation and registration fee. The expenses can be covered for one or more speakers of your choice. Flights and hotel accommodation will be booked through the congress organisation.


Simultaneous Translation:

In case your target audience comes from a non English speaking country you can reach them by sponsoring simultaneous translation. Please contact the congress organisation for price information.


Banners:

Banners are placed in highly visible areas throughout the Congress Center. Banner advertising is an excellent way to catch attendees eyes and let them know who you are and where they can find you!
